Quiet Hours per City Ordinances: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No Smoking/No Vaping: Our property is a no-smoking/no vaping zone. Smoking/vaping is only permitted outside. Please properly dispose of butts. Cleanliness and Order: Please treat the home as if it’s your own. No Pets: While we are animal lovers we have guests who have pet allergies so we are a no pet property. If a pet is found to be at the property a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged to ensure the cleanliness for future pet sensitive guests. Propane Gas Grill: Please ensure propane is turned off after each grill use. No parking on Grass: There is an irrigation system that could be damaged. No Garage Access: Currently the garage is used for extra storage and all the cleaning supplies for our cleaning crew. Beach Equipment/Shed: Use hose on the side of the house to rinse off all chairs and toys. Allow to dry outside before putting back in the shed. Sand: Shake out all sand from towels and clothes before putting in laundry. Washer: Please do not overload the washer.

Required booking age is 25. The pool depth ranges from approximately 4 feet to 6 feet. Spa is heated by pool system (not a separate hot tub) and has working jets/bubbles. During the winter months guests are asked to cover the pool at night to avoid heat loss. Extreme cold/freezing temperatures can impact the heated pool's ability maintain heat. Guests get spa control instructions upon check in. POOL RULES: NO Diving NO Running NO Food NO Glass NO Rough Play Children MUST be Supervised by an Adult at ALL times - we have provided "water watcher" lanyards to designate an adult. The property is family friendly - kids games, legos and blocks, magna tiles & books, a pack 'n Play, washable mattress protectors, plastic bowls, cups, utensils, and a high chair for little ones. This property has stairs and direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors. The property is wifi accessible throughout. All TVs are smart TVs connected to the internet which enables access to many streaming services (you can log into services you have or use the complimentary Spectrum app with 87 channels). Check in as early as 12PM eastern, subject to availability, for $100. An extra cleaning fee will apply if house rules are not followed including but not limited to leaving dirty dishes upon check out, excessively stained laundry that requires replacing, garbage left in the house or on porches, or smoking inside the property. The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances (including recreational marijuana or THC products) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors. Violation of this policy may result in immediate reporting, additional cleaning fees, and cancellation of the stay.
